Hydrothermal synthesis reactor
1.1 This product is a simple and fast experimental equipment. It is mainly used for reaction of small amount of materials. According to the materials proportion and response time differences, it can achieve a variety of reactions which helps users obtain expected experimental data in a short time.
1.2 It`s hard to add conventional stirring system because of relatively small volume. There`s rotating shaft and motors controlled by inverter in the incubator box. The hydrothermal synthesis reactors are fixed on the rotating shaft by clamp, which changes the static reaction to rotating function, to improve reaction effect

The design temperature of this product is 300 °C, design pressure 6Mpa.
There are two types of working temperature according to the different liner in the hydrothermal synthesis reactor.
3.1 If the liner is teflon ( also caleed PTFE,F4), then the working temperature ≤ 160 °C, long time working temperature of 160 °C.
3.2 If the liner is PPL, the temperature ≤ 250 °C, long time working temperature of 250 °C.
Methods of operation (Wear protective gloves in operation):
4.1. Loose hexagon head bolt with a wrench, do not have to unload and just move freely.
4.2. The screw cap is screwed down, and then turn to the 304 filter pad , 304 cover and PTFE cover to be taken down.
4.3. Withstand up the 304 bottom, then remove the 304 PTFE liner from upper part of the kettle.
4.4. Place the reaction materials inside the PTFE liner, and ensure that feeding coefficient is less than 0.8.
4.5. Put PTFE liner with reaction materials into the 304 kettle body, and then turn to put on PTFE cover,304 cover, 304 filter pad, then tighten the screw cap, and finally tighten the hex head bolt with a wrench.
4.6. Fix the micro reactors in blast / thermostatic oven, pending the completion of the reaction to remove micro-reactors.
4.7. After cooling the micro-reactor, repeat the steps 1-3
4.8. Transfer the reaction products to the specified container, then wash PTFE liner and PTFE cover for the next use.
