Stainless Steel Plate and Frame Filter is a product that integrates coarse filtration and fine filtration, and is suitable for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions. The whole machine is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti or 304, 306 high quality stainless steel material. The filtration temperature can reach above 130°C. Stainless Steel Filter Press are developed specifically to meet the high requirements of hygiene and purity. Especially for solid-liquid seperation of lab usage, fine chemical, pharmaceutical, herbal extraction, food,cosmetics production.

Filtration fineness: Suitable for filter media from 200-mesh, 300-mesh filter cloth for coarse filtration to 0.22μm, 0.45μm for fine filtration, filter paper, filter membrane.

According to the needs and the actual situation of the filtration volume, the size and thickness of the filter plate and filter frame can be changed by itself, or the number of layers of the filter plate can be increased to make it suitable for production needs. Different filter membranes can also be replaced to achieve the ideal filtering effect.
