1/high shear mixer with heating of Material process: Tank body: 316L/304 stainless steel, with mirror polishing on the inner wall (Ra≤0.4μm); 

2/high shear mixer with heating of Jacket : Honeycomb flow structure, with options for steam/heat transfer oil/electric heating, temperature control range of -20℃ to 150℃, with a precision of ±1℃; 

3/High shear emulsification system: Rotor-stator structure with a three-stage emulsifying head, infinitely adjustable speed from 0 to 10,000rpm, with particle size distribution D90≤5μm; 

4/high shear mixer with heating of Vacuum emulsification (optional): Integrated vacuum pump (ultimate vacuum -0.095MPa) to avoid bubble formation and enhance emulsification uniformity; 

5/Stirring system: Variable frequency anchor/paddle stirring (ABB motor + SEW reducer), with speeds from 10 to 300rpm, suitable for high-viscosity materials (up to 50,000cP). 

6/Sealing design: Double-end mechanical seals (Burgmann) or magnetic seals, with a leakage rate <0.005%, and pressure resistance from -0.1MPa to 0.6MPa.
