lab scale Spray Dryer is suitable for making and drying various powders such as milk royal jelly, medicine, chemical materials, etc. At a high speed of dying with hot-air flow, 95%~98% water can be evaporated at a moment. The drying process only needs several seconds.
Its final products boast good uniformity, mobility, and high purity and quality dissolving capacity. The production procedures are simple and the operation and control are easy. The liquid of 40~60% moisture contents (for special materials, the contents maybe 90%) can be dried into powder or particles once a time. After drying, there is no need for smashing and sorting. The product particle diameters, looseness and water contents can be adjusted by changing the operation condition in a certain scope.
