Distillation tank: A 100L capacity stainless steel tank (made of SUS304 material) with a built-in jacket type material basket for easy steam penetration and residue cleaning.

2.condensation system
Condenser: High boron glass or stainless steel coil structure, supporting rapid cooling (water temperature ≤ 25 ℃).

process flow
Raw material pretreatment
After cleaning and crushing the lavender flower clusters, they are placed in the material basket of the distillation tank to ensure even distribution of the material and sufficient contact with steam.
distillation extraction
Heating method: Indirect heating with thermal oil (or electric heating/steam boiler) is used to quickly raise the temperature to 100 ℃ under safe conditions.
Distillation mode: Water vapor penetrates the material through a jacketed distillation structure, causing essential oil components to evaporate with the vapor.
Condensation and Separation
The mixed gas of steam and essential oil enters the condenser (coil or tube type) and is rapidly cooled into an oil-water mixture through cold water circulation.
The mixed liquid flows into the oil-water separator and automatically separates into layers based on the density difference between essential oil and water (light oil floats up, heavy oil sinks down).  
Collection and Purification
The separated essential oil enters the collection tank, and the remaining hydrosol (flower water) can be reused; Some devices support further purification through vacuum concentration.
Waste residue treatment
The residue after distillation is discharged through a quick opening discharge port, and the jacket basket structure avoids blockage
