50L Lab Vacuum Nutsche Filter System of Water Treatment Filtration Equipment
Lab Pilot Plant Scale Vacuum Filtration Buchner Funnel and Glass Collection Flask for Separator and Nutsche Filter
50 Liter Glass Suction Nutsche Vacuum Filter Pressure Vessel Filtration System Vacuum Suction Filter
Product Detail
Product Description
The Vacuum Suction Filter is mainly used for liquid-solid filtration under vacuum condition.
Through filtration can be done simply with gravity, more often vacuum filtration is employed because the filtration speed is much faster with high vacuum.Liquid poured into a funnel passes through a filter, which retains the particulate, and filtrate can be collected into a filter flask, directly or via a vacuum manifold.
Features of vacuum suction filters:
1. GG17 borosilicate glass material suction filter bottle and stainless steel Buchner funnel with excellent chemical and physical properties.2, special PTFE material design mixing plug, perfect technology.
3. The discharge valve is specially designed with a special design of PTFE valve. No dead angle and can be disassembled to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.
4. Perfect sealing performance and the pressure can reach 0.095MPa under a static state.
5.304 stainless steel frame with casters for easy movement.Scientific and stable structure.
6. Fix the stainless steel funnel on the stainless steel frame and adjust the height of the funnel according to the experimental requirements.
7.Hold the bottom of the filter bottle with the bottle holder, which makes sure the filter bottle is connected to the bottom of the stainless steel funnel. After the connection is firm, securely lock the bottle ring.
9. Install the PTFE discharge valve with lid
This large capacity vacuum filter is owing to the needs of the users' bulk filtering demand. It is widely used in biochemical pharmaceuticals, sanitation tests, environment tests, water quality analyses, food, beverage, and science research for liquid preliminary filters.
