Aloin Ultrasonic-assisted extraction machine is an efficient method for extracting aloin. 

The specific steps are as follows:

1) Select aloe vera with no surface diseases or spots, wash, air dry, peel, kill, dry, crush and sieve to obtain aloe vera powder.
2) Soak aloe vera powder in ethanol solution and use ultrasonic assisted extraction.
3) Filter to obtain the first extract, recover the solvent, obtain the first concentrate, and set aside the filter residue.
4) Soak the filter residue in a water saturated n-butanol solution, use ultrasonic extraction, filter to obtain a second extraction solution, recover the solvent, and obtain a second concentrated solution.
5) Mixing the first concentrated solution and the second concentrated solution, dry, and obtain aloe vera extract
