This turmeric extraction machine is a new ultra small ultrasonic dynamic extraction and concentration unit developed by our company. Based on the original ultrasonic dynamic extraction machine, this equipment optimizes the product structure and integrates a small vacuum pressure reduction and concentration equipment into this equipment, enabling the production process of ultrasonic dynamic extraction, extraction, filtration, pressure reduction and concentration, essential oil condensation, etc. to be completed in one step, greatly saving raw materials and working time. The work efficiency is several times higher than that of general multifunctional extraction equipment

process steps of turmeric ultrasonic extraction
1. Raw material pretreatment: Grind the dried turmeric rhizome to 40-60 mesh and mix it with a solvent (such as ethanol, acetone, or food grade ethyl acetate) in proportion to form a slurry with a solid-liquid ratio of 1:10-1:20 (g/mL); Solvent concentration: 70-95% ethanol pulverization increases specific surface area; Ethanol concentration affects the solubility and impurity leaching of curcumin
2. Ultrasonic extraction: Place the slurry into the ultrasonic extraction tank, turn on the ultrasonic generator, and synchronously control the temperature and stir at 40-60 ℃; Time: 24-40 minutes; Power: 200-500 W; Frequency: 20-40 kHz, low temperature to avoid curcumin degradation; Short term and efficient wall breaking (reducing 2/3 of the time compared to traditional methods); The cavitation effect causes instantaneous rupture of the cell wall
3. Solid liquid separation: The extraction solution is centrifuged (3000-5000 rpm) or vacuum filtered to remove residue, and the separation efficiency directly affects the difficulty of subsequent purification; Industrial equipment is often equipped with automatic slag discharge systems
4. Concentration and purification: The filtrate is concentrated under reduced pressure (40-50 ℃) to the extract, and then purified by column chromatography or crystallization at a concentration temperature of ≤ 50 ℃; Crystallization solvent: gradient elution with ethyl acetate/methanol, low-temperature concentration to retain activity; Curcumin oil resin (25% purity) can be further purified to 98%

The structure of the ultrasonic extraction and concentration unit is exquisite, fully utilizing the characteristics of the ultrasonic energy gathering generator. The ultrasonic waves directly act on the materials, enhancing the mechanical effect of traditional Chinese medicine extraction, cavitation effect, local high vibration, high impact, and high sound pressure shear effect, greatly reducing the extraction time by more than 4/5 compared to traditional methods, and processing a large amount of raw materials for medicinal materials. The tank body is designed with a three-layer structure, including an inner liner, a heating layer, and an insulation layer. It can effectively reduce heat loss during use, with a long insulation time and good effect, which can effectively reduce the cost of use.
