Equipment structure configuration

processing steps:
Raw material processing: After cleaning and drying, the tea leaves are crushed to 20-40 mesh, with a material to liquid ratio of 1:30-1:50 (tea: water).
Ultrasonic extraction:
Parameter settings: temperature 50-60 ℃, ultrasonic power 150-3000W, processing time 20-40min;
Equipment requirements: Industrial grade ultrasonic extraction tank, matched with PLC control system, to achieve precise control of temperature, power, and time.
Solid liquid separation: The extract is filtered through a plate and frame filter press, and the filtrate is concentrated under reduced pressure in a concentration tank to obtain a concentrated tea polyphenol solution.
Dry finished product: concentrate is dried by spray or vacuum freeze drying to produce tea polyphenol powder with purity of more than 95%
