Stevia extraction process is the process of extracting sweet and other beneficial components from Stevia leaves through a series of processing steps. The general extraction process of stevia includes the following steps: 

1. Picking: Select robust stevia plants and pick fresh leaves. 

2. Cleaning: Clean the picked stevia leaves to remove surface impurities and dirt. 

3. Drying: Dry the cleaned stevia leaves using natural air drying or a hot air dryer.

 4. Crushing: The dried stevia leaves are crushed, usually using mechanical crushing or a pulverizer for processing.

 5. Extraction: Soak the crushed stevia leaves in a solvent (such as water, alcohol, etc.) to dissolve the sweet and other beneficial components in the solvent. 

6. Filtration: Filter the extracted solution to remove impurities and solid particles. 

7. Concentration: Concentrate the filtered solution using common methods such as vacuum concentration or evaporation concentration. 

8. Crystallization: Crystallize the concentrated solution to obtain stevia extract. 

9. Drying: dry the obtained stevia extract to remove water, and spray drying, vacuum drying and other methods can be used. 

10. Packaging: Pack the dried stevia extract to maintain its quality and shelf life.
