50L Glass Reactor
Adapting to the compliance requirements of clean production, clean workshops have extremely strict requirements for equipment sealing, non pollution, and operational stability. In response to this application scenario, we have optimized the design and configuration of the 50L glass reaction kettle provided to our customers in multiple ways:
Power core: The equipment adopts a DC brushless motor as the driving core, which structurally eliminates the problem of particle dispersion caused by mechanical contact friction and fully complies with the environmental control standards of clean workshops; Simultaneously possessing low operating noise and high speed control accuracy, it can maintain stable operation under continuous production conditions, ensuring the consistency of production batches


Fluid transportation: Install pneumatic diaphragm pumps according to customer needs. One device can simultaneously cover two core processes: closed transfer of clean materials and online cleaning of the kettle body, without the need for additional equipment, effectively reducing production line land occupation, equipment investment, and manual operation and maintenance costs; And it is equipped with a PTFE material three-way valve, which has strong corrosion resistance and high airtightness, and can flexibly realize material direction change, diversion, and online sampling. The entire process is sealed to prevent material pollution and leakage risks in clean environments.

Intelligent Expansion: The device is equipped with reserved communication interfaces and can provide complete communication protocols, giving it strong expansion potential. In the future, it can seamlessly integrate with workshop DCS, MES and other automatic control systems to achieve remote collection, real-time monitoring and program automation control of key parameters such as reaction temperature, speed, pressure, etc., without the need for secondary transformation to complete digital integration of the production line.

10L 20L lifting glass reactor: multi blade adaptation to meet high viscosity challenges
Compared to the clean and intelligent positioning of the 50L reaction kettle, the 10L 20L lifting glass reaction kettle is designed specifically to meet the complex material characteristics and diverse mixing research needs. The core challenge is to process materials with viscosity up to 10000mPas (25 ℃) to meet the core scientific research needs of customers' fluid flow field special research. Therefore, we have customized and optimized the kettle structure and accessory system:

Main structure: The kettle body adopts a 3.3 borosilicate double-layer glass structure, supports jacket temperature control, has excellent transparency, and can intuitively observe the stirring state and flow field changes of materials throughout the process, providing visual data support for scientific research experiments; The kettle cover is made of 316L stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and has strong sealing properties, ensuring the stability of handling high viscosity materials;

Mixing system: adopting a modular design of universal 316L stainless steel mixing upper rod and 8 sets of mixing lower blades. Eight types of impellers are the validation tools for eight scientific research hypotheses. Customers can switch between different combinations of stirring impellers to systematically study the relationship between fluid flow state, mixing efficiency, and reaction kinetics, providing data support for process optimization. Paired with a lifting structure for the entire machine, blade switching can be completed without complicated disassembly and assembly, greatly improving the operational efficiency of multiple experiments.

Expansion configuration: Install a high shear dispersing and homogenizing emulsifier to complement the stirring system. Through high-speed rotation of the fixed rotor, it generates extremely high linear velocity and shear force locally, achieving ultrafine dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization in a high viscosity system of 10000mPa · s, breaking down material aggregates, refining droplets, and achieving microscale component uniformity.

Supporting equipment: Combined with our company's high and low temperature circulation integrated device, we have built a wide range closed-loop temperature control system from -30 ℃ to 200 ℃. Whether it is low-temperature reaction or high-temperature synthesis, it can provide stable and reliable temperature control for the reaction process, effectively eliminate local temperature differences in the kettle, and ensure the consistency of experimental conditions.
