Product Description

Ethanol extraction concentration machine are important methods for extracting effective components from tea leaves. The process mainly includes steps such as raw material pretreatment, ethanol extraction, filtration, and concentration

1. Oil Extractor Herb Tea Ethanol Extraction Machine is equipped with extraction tank, demister, horizontal condenser, concentration tank, vertical cooler, oil-water separator, liquid collection tank, vacuum pump, control cabinet and other supporting components.
2. Oil Extractor Herb Tea Ethanol Extraction Machine can realize the reflux extraction process, reduce the extraction and concentration time, and save the solvent.
3.Oil Extractor Herb Tea Ethanol Extraction Machine with unique oil-water separator design which integrates the vacuum conversion function into one, so that the oil-water separation effect is better.
4. Oil Extractor Herb Tea Ethanol Extraction Machine made of glass for easy observation.

Principle of ethanol extraction concentration machine
Ethanol extraction concentration machine is the process of using ethanol as a solvent to dissolve and extract active ingredients (such as tea polyphenols, caffeine, etc.) from tea raw materials, and then removing the solvent through a concentration device to obtain a high concentration extract. Ethanol has good solubility and can effectively extract various active ingredients from tea leaves.
 Product Parameters

1.Water Extraction :

It is to soak the plant material and the solvent together, so that the active ingredients dissolve into the solvent.
2.Distillation:
Plant material is heated to allow the volatile components to evaporate and then condensed to collect.
3.Ultrasonic assisted extraction :
The plant cells are ruptured by ultrasonic waves to accelerate the dissolution of active ingredients.
Supercritical fluid extraction:

In a supercritical state, the solvent absorbs the active ingredients in the plant like a sponge.

The process flow of tea ethanol extraction and concentration
1. Raw material pretreatment
Screening and cleaning: Select high-quality tea raw materials to remove impurities and non tea components.
Crushing or shredding: Crushing or shredding tea leaves to increase surface area and improve extraction efficiency.
2. Ethanol extraction
Soaking or reflux extraction: Mix the pre treated tea leaves with a certain concentration of ethanol solution (such as 50% -95% ethanol) in a certain proportion. Soaking method (allowing to stand for a period of time) or reflux extraction method (heating reflux to improve extraction efficiency) can be used.
Extraction time and temperature control: Based on the properties of the target component, control the extraction time and temperature to achieve the best extraction effect.
3. Filtering
Filter the extracted mixture to separate solid residue and ethanol extract containing active ingredients.
4. Concentrate
Vacuum distillation (rotary distillation): Using concentration equipment such as a rotary evaporator, ethanol is distilled from the extract under reduced pressure conditions. This step can effectively recover ethanol and concentrate the extract.
Drying: The concentrated extract may contain a small amount of water, and the dried tea extract powder can be further obtained by freeze drying or spray drying.

Application

Ethanol extraction and concentration machine has been deeply integrated into the tea deep processing industry chain:
Food industry: used for the production of natural antioxidants such as tea polyphenols, added to meat products and edible oils to delay spoilage; It is also used for the preparation of instant tea powder and tea beverage concentrate, ensuring color and taste stability.
Health products and functional foods: Extract high-purity (≥ 98%) tea polyphenols for capsules and tablets, exerting effects such as cholesterol reduction, radiation resistance, and cancer prevention.
Cosmetics industry: use tea polyphenols as active ingredients to develop anti-aging and whitening essence, whose strong antioxidant property can inhibit the formation of melanin; Tea saponin is used as a natural surfactant to replace SLS in facial cleansers and shampoos.
Pharmaceutical R&D: As a modern extraction platform for traditional Chinese medicine, it supports pharmacological research and raw material preparation of tea polyphenol monomers (such as EGCG)
