Ultrasound Jacketed chemical Glass Reactor is an instrument for ultrasonic treatment of substances by using the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves in liquid. It is composed of ultrasonic generator, transducer, amplifier rod and reaction kettle body. The generator produces high-frequency electrical signals, the transducer converts the electrical signals into mechanical vibration, the amplifier rod amplifies the vibration amplitude, the reaction kettle body holds the material, and through the coordinated work of these parts, it realizes the processing of the material's crushing, emulsifying and separating.

1.The whole stainless steel column, mobile framework, 4-6 or more covers of the reaction kettle, with full set of glass parts for reflux, adding liquid, temperature measurement, and so on.
2. Use G3.3 high borosilicate glass, with good chemial and physical properties.
