Purification again: If it is not pure enough, the nitric acid produced can be processed again according to the above method to obtain over 99% nitric acid. When repeating this process, it is important to add sulfuric acid first and then nitric acid, and to pay attention to temperature control because the concentration of nitric acid is already very high at this point, and the temperature of the two mixtures rises rapidly.
